All are very welcome to any of our services on
Sundays or during the week:
Our main Sunday service at 10.30 am is always the Mass (also called the Eucharist or Holy Communion). During this service, all Christians who have been Baptised & Confirmed are invited to receive the consecrated bread and wine that we believe to be the life giving Body and Blood of Our Lord Jesus Christ. If you are not confirmed do come forward to receive a blessing.
Children are a vital part of our worshipping community, and are genuinely very welcome at all our services. We have a lively junior church that leaves the main service near the beginning, and returns just over half way through - in time to receive Holy Communion or a blessing. Our Sunday worship is supported by a celebration of the Mass at 8am. On the First Sunday of each month the 8am service uses the Traditional 1662 Book of Common Prayer and at 8pm on that Sunday the Office of Compline is sung, also according to the Book of Common Prayer.
During the week:
There is a quiet celebration of the Mass on Tuesday and Friday evenings at 7.30pm and on Wednesday Morning at 10.30am.
Morning and Evening Prayer is said in church Monday morning, Tuesday evening, Wednesday morning and evening and Friday morning and evening at 9am and 5pm respectively.
We use the Franciscan
Celebrating Common Prayer Book, copies of which are available in the church.
